Booking

During the high season of July till September we will give precedence to bookings of 3 consecutive nights or more. We will still try to accommodate you for a shorter period, in case our booking schedule allows this. Please contact us for further details.

In order to ensure your reservation at Guci Guesthouses we require a deposit. We apologize for this, but we have lost a lot of business in the past due to “no show” bookings.

Deposit

  • Bookings for 1 to 3 nights require a 50% deposit.
  • Bookings for more than 3 nights require a 25% deposit.

How to pay your deposit

In the past we have used Paypal for paying your deposits, unfortunately as of July 2022 the Indonesian government have blocked PayPal, amongst other websites like yahoo, due to failures to meet a deadline under licensing rules.

This forced us to look for another safe ways to enable you to to pay your deposit without outrageous costs involved. After thorough research and consideration we have decided to use Wise.

Wise (formerly Transferwise) is a reliable and cheap system for international banking. There are no subscription fees and the transfer fee is extremely low compared to PayPal. The downside: it requires you to set up an account once.

Wise offers a choice of payments for your transfer.

In case you have any issues using wise please contact us, we might be able to offer you an alternative for paying your deposit.

Confirmation

Together with the confirmation of your reservation we will send a request to transfer the deposit to us. When the deposit has been received your booking will then be guaranteed and we will send you another mail to confirm this. You can now start counting the days until your warm welcome at Guci Guesthouses.

The final bill can be paid before your departure in any of the following ways:

  • Euros cash
  • Indonesian Rupiah

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards for your final payment
